Thank you for taking the time to explore my Jeff Carter hockey card collection.
I began this quest in late 2005 completely by chance. I had been an avid football card collector for many years and suddenly
got the itch to return to the roots of my hobby background in hockey cards. As a kid growing up in the 1970's and early 80's
I loved hockey and collected cards as many youngsters do. I was a Philadelphia Flyers fan, Bobby Clarke being my beloved player.
Suddenly the Flyers drafted a young centerman that caught my attention at the World Junior Games and I decided he would be
the focus of my new collection.
Some quick collection facts:
- over 1000 rookie year cards and over 1500 total cards encompassing 90+% of the complete master
list
- 13 true 1/1's, 10 printing plate 1/1's and 12 Expo or Nationals show stamped 1/1's
- over 200 cards not priced due to scarcity
